Where We Ship
We ship to all Australian states and territories.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping due to restrictions on shipping potting mixes and plant products overseas.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
During busy periods or sales, dispatch may take a little longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
We use trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery times vary by location:
Metro areas: 3–7 business days
Regional areas: 5–10 business days
Remote areas: 7–14 business days
Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Information
Orders are sent to the address provided at checkout, so please double-check your details.
If no one is home, the courier may leave your package in a safe place or take it to the nearest collection point (depending on the carrier).
Potting mixes are heavy items, so we recommend selecting an address where someone can assist in receiving the delivery.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us at info@soilfreegardening.com.au as soon as possible.
We’ll work with our delivery partners to resolve any issues quickly.
Important Notes
Potting mixes are considered restricted biosecurity products for international shipping. For this reason, we only deliver within Australia.
Unfortunately, our courier does not deliver to a P.O box address. Please enter a physical address where someone will be home to receive the parcel.
